Known in the international literature as GRC; it is a special production structure, finishing and decoration material reinforced with glass fiber. It has an extremely long lifespan in terms of durability and strength.
Precast; a façade system completed by pouring the fine aggregate and cement mixture from a special granulator, shaping it in special molds, and mounting it onto the building frame on site.
Fine aggregate‑cement mixture in the special granulator blend; prepared with steel mesh or glass‑fiber equipment to reduce volume and weight, in a smooth or textured appearance. The required proportions of fluidity, set accelerators, and strength‑enhancing chemicals are added.
The concrete is poured into special molds, compressed on vibration tables, and steam‑cured. The components delivered to the site are fastened to the building frame equipment either by welding to the frame via mounting rods attached to the prestressed internal equipment, or by using mechanical‑chemical anchors; the work is handed over after filling the joint gaps.

GRC production is carried out by spraying the mixture of special sand and white cement in a special granulator, with alkali‑resistant glass fiber and polymers added, into special molds. When used on the surface, it is waterproof because it has high compressive strength and minimum porosity.
Because glass fiber is used instead of steel reinforcement, the cross-sections are thinner and the building bears a minimum load. The material’s lightness also brings ease of installation. Elements produced in their natural color can be painted to the desired hue before or after installation and use.
Glass-reinforced concrete products do not contain iron steel reinforcement. Glass fibers, whose distribution is made homogeneous by suitable polymers used in the cement mix, serve as reinforcement. In this context, in addition to meeting the static values obtained with iron-reinforced concrete in traditional production, the product's lightness constitutes the most important advantage.
The quality of the Portland cement used in production and the use of a high amount of cement in the mix make the product more resistant to external factors such as water, sound, and heat. Because a mold is used, not only can the desired shape be achieved, but also flexibility is provided to obtain the desired texture in terms of surface texture.
Concrete pre‑cast structural elements eliminate the surface undulation and porous structure disadvantages of traditional production systems.
